Why we built COAXIS.

We should say the honest thing first: we are a new company. There is no decades-long track record on these pages, and we think manufacturing one would be exactly the wrong way to begin a relationship built on trust. What you'll find instead is how we think — and we'd rather be judged on that.

We built COAXIS as a holding company, not a fund, on purpose. A fund runs on a clock: raise, deploy, exit, return — often whether or not the timing serves the business. We wanted the opposite. Permanent capital, no forced exit, and the freedom to hold a good company for a decade or more while it compounds. The best outcomes we've seen come from ownership measured in years, not quarters.

We invest across eleven sectors, and that is a decision, not a hedge. Water underpins agriculture; energy powers industry; technology now runs beneath all of it. We don't hold eleven separate bets — we hold one interconnected map of durable demand, where conviction in one sector sharpens our judgement in the next. Breadth, for us, is a way of understanding the world more completely, not of diluting risk.

And we intend to be a real partner to the companies we back — close enough to help with governance, hiring, and strategy, disciplined enough to stay out of the daily work that operators understand better than we do. We chose Dubai as our base for the same reason so many builders now do: it sits at the centre of where capital, talent, and ambition are moving next.

So this is a beginning, stated plainly. What's on this site is how we think about capital, sectors, and the long term. The track record — the part that has to be earned rather than written — is what comes next. If any of it resonates, we'd like to hear from you.
