A short, honest account of how this site is actually made — the parts most companies would rather not explain.
Every wireframe on this site — the Burj Khalifa on the homepage, the water molecule on Water & Resources, the gear on Industrial — is computed, not downloaded. Each is built from real coordinate geometry: rotation matrices, lathed profiles, parametric curves, projected and rendered live in the browser with WebGL.
The Process page takes this further: the same tower geometry, revealed ring by ring as you scroll through the five stages of how we invest — a visual argument, not just a decoration, for the idea that positions are built stage by stage rather than assembled all at once.
Every string on every page carries its own English, Spanish, and Arabic version from the moment it was written, including full right-to-left layout mirroring — navigation, grids, quote marks, even which side a hover panel opens toward. Not a translation plugin bolted onto an English site afterward.
Fonts, the 3D engine, every icon on this page — served from our own infrastructure rather than third-party CDNs. That's a performance decision as much as a reliability one: nothing here depends on someone else's uptime, and nothing here loads a font or a script the visitor didn't ask for.
This site runs visitor analytics, but nothing is recorded until a visitor actively agrees to it, through a plain-language banner offered in whichever of the three languages they're already browsing in. An IP address is personal data under both EU GDPR and the UAE's own PDPL — treated that way here by default, not as an afterthought.
